Twice When Chile Defeated Japan 3 - 1
The game between Chile and Japan
was on of the most exciting games of the day incl. the match
between Norway - Netherlands. But back to the game between Chile
and Japan. Only after 1 minute of play Jo (JAP) got injured, but
no booking or free kick awarded from that foul. About three
minutes later Zamorano stroke 1-0 for Chile (04:07). And it
didn't take long til' the second goal came. Eleven minutes later
Parraguez stroke the 2-0 numbers for Chile (15:13). And eight
minutes before half-time Zamorano stroke again, 3-0 (37:30).
In the beginning of the second half the game was all Japans they
controlled totally the game in the second half, but only scored
one goal and that one came after 60 minutes and the goal was
scored by Nakayama. So the final score here Chile: 3 and Japan:

The other higlight game was between Norway and The Netherlands. Just one minute played and Norway shooting twice in the cross-bar, and those two shots were the only great chances in the game, except for Netherlands three corner kicks on the 5 last minutes. But no goals and the score 0 - 0
